My credo is to learn to deal with the ups and downs of life with a calm mind and to achieve your best potential. The mind, brain and heart are but pathways. Most of our difficulties I believe start with our mind, and if one wants to blossom and flourish, one has to pay attention to one's mind.
My foundation training in psychiatry was at the globally renowned National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore where I received an MD in Pyschological Medicine. I have been fortunate to have followed this experience with further training in some of the best hospitals in the United Kingdom including Royal Free Hospital and University College Hospital London where I hold a MRCPsych Degree.
Currently I am a Life Fellow of the Indian Psychiatric Society and a Life International Fellow of the American Psychiatric Society.
