Alan has been an incredible source of support during one of the most tumultuous phases of my life, a time when my focus was scattered and I was preparing for my career-defining exams. Through our sessions, I learned to recognize my faulty thought patterns and overcome the devil that is procrastination.

Alan introduced practical strategies like lowering the activation energy for difficult tasks, using the 5-second rule, and employing Pomodoro clock, which have now become lifelong tools for me. His sessions are centered around action and helping you do things that gradually restore a sense of control and calm in your life.

With all the stresses of life, I had somewhere forgotten to be grateful for what I already had and to truly appreciate it in its entirety. Alan helped me shift my focus toward the good that I was constantly overlooking.
