Our Margao clinic brings the practice of Dr. Melvin Chagas Silva — consultant psychiatrist trained at NIMHANS and in the UK — to South Goa. The clinic is located in Davorlim, Salcete, minutes from central Margao, and sees clients from Fatorda, Navelim, Benaulim, Colva, Cuncolim and across Salcete taluka.

Dr. Melvin consults at Margao on Wednesday evenings, 4:00–7:00 pm, and Saturday mornings, 9:00 am–12:00 noon — by appointment.

Fees and booking
An initial assessment is ₹3,000–₹4,000 and follow-up consultations are ₹2,000–₹2,500, depending on the clinician and session length. Payment by cash, card, online transfer or UPI.
