What we offer in Pilar
Consultations at Pilar cover psychiatric assessment and diagnosis, medication management, memory disorders workup for older adults, and review appointments for ongoing treatment. Individual, couples and family therapy can be scheduled with the team here or at our Porvorim clinic, and online sessions are available between visits. Consultations are available in English, Konkani and Hindi.

You will be seen by Dr. Melvin Chagas Silva, consultant psychiatrist and psychotherapist, supported by the practice team — Alan Fernandes (counseling psychologist) and Griselda Nobbay (psychiatric social worker) — so therapy and psychosocial support can continue alongside medical care.
Fees and booking
An initial assessment is ₹3,000–₹4,000 and follow-up consultations are ₹2,000–₹2,500, depending on the clinician and session length. We accept cash, cards, online transfer and UPI.
